We are an architecture and interiors firm delivering seamless, integrated solutions — from design through execution.
Over the past twenty years, our portfolio has grown to include hundreds of projects. We've built deep expertise in the commercial sector, especially for corporate brands and franchise networks in food service and entertainment — helping them grow, strengthen their presence, and scale internationally by translating identity into spaces that perform and experiences that are truly memorable.
In residential work, we've learned that beauty must be paired with lifestyle. We prioritize personalization, comfort, thoughtful ergonomics, and real-life use. The result is homes that don't just impress visually — they're designed to be lived in intelligently, comfortably, and elegantly.
Five years ago, one of our partners relocated to Miami with the goal of expanding Archivero's presence in the U.S. market. Today, we operate actively in both Brazil and the United States, serving clients in one or both countries with solutions that unify design, strategy, and execution.
As partners, we hold degrees and postgraduate qualifications in architecture, business administration, marketing, and interior design — a multidisciplinary foundation that lets us deliver complete, integrated solutions for every client.
We still feel like the authors.
We spent nearly 10 hours designing this facade — studying proportions, redrawing openings, repositioning columns, selecting materials, and finding the right architectural language to respect both the place and what we wanted to create.
Only then did we bring the project into Artificial Intelligence.
It did what it does remarkably well: it transformed design into atmosphere. It exaggerated the landscaping a little — we admit 😂 — and romanticized a setting that was already romantic, but still produced an image surprisingly faithful to what we had designed.
And that is exactly where, for us, the conversation about authorship becomes interesting.
AI did not decide what house should exist. Nor does it have the ability to physically bring that house to life.
It did not define the proportions, decide to extend the porch during the design process, select the brick, siding, or wood, review physical samples, coordinate suppliers, integrate engineering and code requirements, manage the budget, or navigate the countless decisions required to protect a concept from design through construction.
And a year from now, after all the challenges along the way, we will still be the ones standing there with the keys in our hands, making sure that what began as a concept made it all the way into the built project with its original intent intact.
Behind a single image is an entire ecosystem of design, interiors, engineering, specifications, sourcing, budgeting, coordination, and project management — all working together to make sure the original idea is not lost along the way.
AI helped the client visualize decisions we had already made. It helped tell a story that will always be ours.
The image was able to translate what already existed in our minds — the atmosphere of the neighborhood, the life we imagine unfolding on that porch, and, above all, the identity we want to create for the development as a whole.
Technology does not diminish authorship when there is real design behind it.
Tools change. Authorship remains in the decisions — and in the ability to carry them all the way through.
